Swades--We ,the People ---14th time

On Christmas eve i was wondering what to do and make my day special.I pondered and then came to a conclusion that watching my favourite movie -SWADES is the best option.It was 14th time i watched the movie.This movie is about NRI person who returns back to India leaving the prestigious NASA.The is an Ashu Gowi direction inspired by Aravinda Pillalamarria who came to India and developed a pedal run power generator

I have a special attachment  with this movie as most of its shooting was done in Wai ,Satara...The village brings reminds me of my village and home and the house shown in it just resembles my grandfather's home..the same veranda and the narrow streets..I miss all this sitting a small room and ACs which only contribute CLIMATE CHANGE..and differences between classmates to keep it on or off..The movie also sends a message the you may reach the zenith of succes in life but you cannot forget your grassroots,your own place..Cherishing my memories i am uploading some screenshots from MY FAV MOVIE---Swades

My Struggle For AVATAR

Early morning Datta asked me about going to AVATAR .....I heard about the movie that it is from the director of TITANIC..so had some curiosity i it..confirmed its supremacy by seeing the trailer on net..and decided that we gonna go for the movie today with Apna CR.
Somebody suggested go to METRO cinema as it was nearby..We went there and were disappointed that a Telugu movie was screening there. Nearby a theatre by name Shree Raama but were again the show had already
started and more soever it was in Hindi.. Now what to do we decided we will see the movie today itself even if we have to go faraway...From there we went to PRASADA ---houseful--then --GVK mall @ PVR houseful----then INOX @central again houseful---now our patience was been tested ...w got to know a  theatre by the name SHANTI--name itself was weird...but we had taken a resolution that we want to see AVATAR of the hollywood people...The curiosity was more in the fact the what a Hollywood movie would show in HINDI word
titled..  We bought tickets for 6pm show and did some shopping and then completed our resolution..SHANTI  as a theatre was a perfect example of value propostion...Finally we got to witness the AVTARS of the western people..
